Mankind discovered its affection for fermented barley juice more than ten thousand years ago. Over the centuries, beer has experienced many changes in our relationship with it, from complete prohibition to its use as a means of payment. One thing we can all agree on though, a fine beer after a strenuous hike, after mowing the lawn, at a barbecue with friends or even after junior’s noisy birthday party is well worth enjoying.
