Originally from North America and Eurasia, Bison are the largest and strongest wild cattle imaginable. Known for their dense coats, distinctive shoulder curvature and their robust survival in extreme climates, Bison play an important ecological role shaping the landscape through their grazing habits which create habitats for other species.
