Idea
Together with you, we will develop an idea for our first joint product and draw up an initial concept.
Feasibility check
We will determine the feasibility of the idea, making sure that the project is both technically possible and economically viable.
Quote
The next step is to jointly define the specifications: metal, size, weight, finishing, issuing country, minimum quantity and maximum mintage. Based on this information, we will provide an exact quote with estimated delivery times.
Design and implementation
Our highly experienced creative team will come up with the initial concept for the future coin. With your input, they will then refine the design and the detailed technical implementation.
Sample order
As soon as you are happy with the design and price and ready to place your order, we will start producing the sample.
Model and tools
The next steps include creating the 3D model and engraving the die. Throughout the approval process, we'll provide glimpses of the end product, ensuring it aligns with your expectations.
Minting, dispatching and approving the sample
As we want you to be entirely satisfied, we will send you the first coin so that you can appraise the quality and approve the sample. As a special service we provide high-resolution images of your coin.
Producing and delivering the first quantity
Upon approval of the sample, we will commence production of the first order quatity and notify you once the coins are ready for delivery. Our internal quality assurance team will ensure that each coin adheres to the same high-quality standards as the approved sample.
