Gregory Peck (April 5, 1916 – June 12, 2003) ranked amongst the most popular Hollywood stars for a long time. Particularly his portrayals of a gentleman, personifying sincerity and dignity led to his worldwide fame.
One of his most popular films was “Roman Holiday“, in which Gregory Peck played a reporter, alongside the brilliant Audrey Hepburn, who forgoes his success story out of love for the princess. Many also know him from the film “Moby Dick“, in which he played the role of the fanatic Captain Ahab. After four Oscar nominations in the category “Best Leading Actor“
